Raw Vegan Fudge In A Jar
This raw vegan fudge in a jar recipe comes together quickly while at the same time is sugar-free and loaded with superfoods and super herbs! You can have your chocolate and eat it too!
- 1/2 cup softened coconut manna/butter (do not use coconut oil though) ~ (You can also do 1/2 and 1/2 with melted cacao butter)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 dropper-full liquid stevia, hazelnut
- 1 tsp hazelnut extract
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa)
- 1/2 tsp each reishi, maca, maqui, or other medicinal powders (optional, but fun)
- pinch sea salt
First, blend ingredietns in a mini personal blender. You can use something similar to a Bullet blender for this, or if you don't have one, feel free to use a food processor.
Next, pour the contents into a ball jar, cover and refrigerate.
After a few hours, the coconut mana will harden and turn into a soft fudge, but hard eough to spoon up and devour.
