Easy Smoky Chickpeas
These easy smoky chickpeas are deceivingly simple flavor bombs, ready to sidekick any of your summer dishes from salads to roasted veggies and beyond!
- 2 15-oz cans of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 tsp each salt, smoked paptika, dried oregano, garlic powder
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
First, combine ingredients together and place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment (the space between them makes them more crispy). If using a baking dish, they will steam a bit more and stay softer.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
