Spring Radish Toasts

Celebrate spring with these delicious and vibrant spring radish toasts!
- A few Lentil Flatbreads
- 3 tbsp almond ricotta
- Your favorite spring veggies, such as: sliced radishes, peas, asparagus, beets, shaved asparagus, etc.
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sprinkle of dill or cilantro
- black pepper
- Freshly ground black pepper
First, toast the lentil bread a few minutes until desired crispiness.
Add a bit of the almond ricotta on top.
Assemble your sliced veggies, top with the herbs and black pepper. Enjoy!
